Can Olivo is currently NOT available to rent. This is an old website published prior to us buying and updating Can Olivo in June 2018. The information on this website is not applicable at the moment and just here for archive purposes. If you are interested in buying the Can Olivo property in 2025 please contact us for information.


Changeover day is on Saturdays. Arrival time is after 4.00 pm and departure by 10.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.We try to be flexible but we can't always meet such requests.

If you decide to book with us, we shall send you a contract with the booking terms and conditions. 50% is to be paid on booking, payable by bank transfer. The remaining 50% is to be paid in the same way 4 weeks before arrival.

A 1000 Euro security deposit is also required with the final payment. This will be returned to your account within 14 days of your departure.

A map with directions and key instructions will be sent when the final balance is paid.
